Practical AI · Fairhope & Baldwin County

Find a useful place for AI in your work.

You may have tried a few tools and still be wondering where AI would actually help. I work with owners and small teams to choose a manageable starting point and understand what it takes to use it well.

The work

Bring a real task.

It might be organizing notes, preparing a first draft, or finding information you keep looking up. We start with how the work happens today, look at the information involved, and decide whether AI is a sensible fit. Sometimes a simpler change is enough.

I’m based in Silverhill, Alabama, and work with businesses in Fairhope, across Baldwin County, and remotely. More about working together locally.

What you get

What we can work on.

A practical starting point

Choose one recurring task with a clear input, a useful result, and a person responsible for checking it.

Tool and data choices

Review the tools you already have, what information they receive, and which settings or restrictions matter for the proposed use.

A small working trial

Try the workflow with sample or approved material. Compare it with the current process and see where human correction is needed.

Guidance your team can use

Document the steps, review points, and limits. Hands-on training can be included in the agreed scope.

Good fit

This may be a good fit if…

  • You want to understand where AI could help before buying more software.
  • Your team needs guidance on a specific task or tool.
  • You have a small workflow idea you would like to test.
  • You want to keep human judgment and responsibility in the process.

Process

How we’ll work together.

01

Understand the task

We talk through the current process, the people involved, and what a useful improvement would look like.

02

Try a limited version

We agree on tools, data boundaries, and a small test. You review the results before the workflow is used more widely.

03

Decide what earns a place

We look at correction time, quality, and ease of use. Keep what helps, adjust what needs work, and document the next step.

Questions

Before we talk.

Do I need technical experience?

No. I explain the tools in plain language and work through examples with you. The starting point is knowing your own work.

Do you build custom AI applications?

Yes, when the need calls for one. My projects include Contract Connection, LifeBoard, and PromptForge. A custom build has a separate scope from an introductory workflow or training session.

What if we handle confidential information?

Start with a review of the data and proposed tools before using real client or business records. The Safe AI Starter is a more focused option for teams that need a written use policy and a carefully scoped workflow.

Do you work with businesses in Fairhope?

Yes. I am based in Silverhill and work across Baldwin County, including Fairhope, Daphne, Robertsdale, and Foley. Remote work is also available. We can discuss whether an in-person session fits the project.

What does AI consulting cost?

It is quoted to scope. A focused session, a team workshop, and a custom application require different amounts of work. Tell me what you want to improve and I’ll recommend a starting point.

Next step

Have a project in mind?

Send a short note about what you are trying to improve. If it is a fit, I will recommend a practical next step and realistic scope.
